A Healthier Meatball

Been trying to cook healthier lately…
Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef (or turkey if you swing that way)
3 egg whites
1 full egg
1.5 cups of oats (Plain Quaker oats)
1 bag of taco seasoning

What to do

pre-heat oven to 350
beat eggs together with a fork until the yolk dissolves
mix everything together in a bowl with your hands
