Quick Chicken and Pasta

This is for my friends who are just starting out cooking, simple, quick, easy, bit still tastey

The following will make 4-6 small meals

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
  • Honey Mustard 20 min marinade (or your flavor of choice)
  • 1 pound whole wheat pasta

What to do

  • if you can, the night before put the chicken and half a bottle of  marinade in a ziplock back in the fridge, push all the air out of the bag and roll it up
  • start the water boiling for the pasta
  • put the chicken in a non stick pan (leave excess marinade in the bag, throw it out)
  • put pasta in the boiling water
  • cook the chicken on medium, covered, for 3-4 mins each side (or until cooked)
  • serve each breast with ~1 cup of pasta
  • if you want a little extra flavor, splash some more marinade on the chicken while it cooks, or a little on the pasta when it is done
